Scrap Revolution is an online store specialising in a wide range of scrapbooking supplies.
Pictures on our website are for guidance only and while we endeavour to be as accurate as possible,
colours and images may vary.
Our online stock availability should closely represent our inventory. However, we cannot guarantee
the availability of an item.
PLACING AN ORDER
On placing your order you agree to buy the items from us.
We may refuse to accept an order without notice.
You can pay via credit/debit card and by cheque. We accept credit/debit cards using an online secure
payment which sends and records the details in a fully encrypted way.
You will only be charged for the goods when we send them.
After the transaction has been carried out your credit/debit card details are totally removed from
our system.
You can also pay by cheque, please fill in the details as prompted by the website payment page.
Please make cheques payable to Scrap Revolution and send them to us at
Scrap Revolution, Suite 12, Coach House Cloisters, 10 Hitchin Street, Baldock, Herts, SG7 6HL, UK.
We endeavour to send all orders within 24 hours.
In some circumstances, such as periods of high demand, this may not be possible.
When this happens we will attempt to inform you by a notice on the website or via email as
appropriate, but this may not happen during very high demand such as sales.
Note that this is not a guarantee that all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours -
please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
Please also note that the week before and after the shows we attend (schedule of events is on our
home page) are also very busy and this will affect how quickly we dispatch orders.
POSTAGE COSTS - UK
We have a flat rate shipping charge of £2.95 for all UK orders.
Orders are sent out via Royal Mail's 1st Class post for packages under 1.25 Kgs.
Over this weight they will be sent out via Standard Parcels or Courier.
POSTAGE COSTS - NON-UK
For Postage to Europe and Ireland shipping is based on the weights of the products and starts
at £2.99.
Shipping is calculated as you add products to your shopping cart.
Please ensure that you are logged on so this facility can be made available to you.
Free or reduced-cost shipping promotions apply to UK addresses only.
DELIVERY TIMESCALES
The expected delivery times for the UK are as follows:
first class and courier - next working day,
second class - in 3 working days,
parcel post - in 3 to 5 working days.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered in the times stated here.
BACK ORDERS
We do not back order items that are out of stock,
so please re-order at a later date.
If you would like to be notified of when a particular item is back in stock,
send an email to

specifying the item(s) that you are interested in.
RETURNS POLICY
Should any of your order be unsuitable we will be happy to
exchange or refund upon receipt of the returned item.
Unwanted items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and at your expense.
Items should be returned unused, undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging.
Refunds are entirely at the discretion of Scrap Revolution.
Please email us before returning goods, stating your reasons.
In the rare event of faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately.
Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded.
We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Packages leave Scrap Revolution in perfect condition, should damage be caused to goods whilst in
transit we recommend taking a photograph of any damage and retaining packaging to assist any claim
for compensation.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice.
STOCK LEVELS
We attempt to keep the online stock level information accurate.
However if we are unable to fulfill
an order due to insufficient stock, you will normally be contacted by phone (where possible) so that
we may discuss how you wish to proceed.
Note that during the shows we attend (schedule of events is on our home page) and for the week
following them, the stock levels may not be correct.
